- Lead Preparer of monthly and annual financial statements for multiple European entities
- Primary Liaison for auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments
- Specialist for Group Accounting and Consolidation, including intercompany reconciliations and individual statement alignments
- Coordinator for VAT Compliance, responsible for the timely filing of advance and annual returns for several European companies
- Subject Matter Expert for VAT and Special Tax Topics, including cross-border matters and construction withholding tax
- Strategic Advisor for Tax Compliance, consulting with external tax advisors to ensure regulatory adherence
- Contributor to Process Optimization, driving the development of financial workflows and supporting cross-functional projects
- Lead for Internal Control Implementation and documentation of procedural standards
- Custodian of Finance Policies, accounting manuals, and process guidelines

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Controlling, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting, ideally in an international setting
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of IFRS and German accounting standards is desirable
- In-depth knowledge of income tax and sales tax law
- Excellent written and spoken English; (very) good German skills are a plus
- Strong hands-on approach, ability to work independently and willingness to take on responsibility, team player
- Willingness to travel occasionally
