Your mission

Overview:

The overall purpose of the Junior O&M Asset Manager role is to assist with contractual and statutory compliance for a portfolio of O&M contracts, in line with company safety, quality and management systems. The key objectives are to help maximise the production from client assets, whilst in parallel ensuring that the O&M department achieves a high level of financial and safety performance.
 
 The ideal candidate will be from a financial, legal or administration background, ideally with some experience of maintenance procedures or operating assets. A high level of interpersonal skills, knowledge of basic contract law and a degree of financial literacy is required to be successful in this role. This is a permanent role which is primarily office based in Cluj


 The Successful candidate will also be required to contact occasional site visits and engage with Greencells customers as part of a cross functional working party to improve service delivery. The role will also require close collaboration with the Financial, Legal and Quality Management Departments

 
Responsibilities:
  • Ensures that photovoltaic power plants meet the established service and operational level performance agreements as stipulated in SLAs;
  • Critically Reviews new SLA and liaise closely with legal to recommends favourable terms for the O&M team
  • Review service activity reports and report findings to clients as required;
  • Undertake the preparation of reports according to the SLA requirements;
  • Performs and/or reviews availability and PR calculations
  • Assist and undertakes all required monitoring activities, including participating in the weekend on-call rota.
  • Monitor critical accounts to accomplish quick and effective problem resolution;
  • Manage daily activities and assist in resolving outstanding issues around the sites;
  • Work closely with the field services teams to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, including health and safety requirements
  • Liaising with internal GC dedicated teams, ensuring that product defects are promptly and efficiently escalated to the manufacturer;
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, prepares payment orders for services received and invoicing for contractual fees
  • Aid with problem resolution for customers on escalated product issues and invoice disputes;
  • Provide Sales assistance in demos and/or customer site visits;
  • Compiling and preparing quotations of additional technical services;
  • Regular reporting and updating of internal KPIs;
  • Other duties commensurate with the role
 
Your profile
Ideal Requirements:
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Excellent problem solving, and ability to critically think and take appropriate decisions;
  • Strong computer and networking skills including the ability to work with Word, Excel and various other MS Suite applications;
  • Ideally 1-2 years in a Solar O&M role but any O&M in any industry will be an advantage
  • A degree or college equivalent in a relevant technical discipline such as electrical/ electronic/ communications/ civil/ mechanical/computers etc. Additional diplomas in a business related discipline or other postgraduate degrees will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Legal and finance concepts is highly desirable
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with demanding clients
  • Fluency in written and spoken English;
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotas;
