Your mission
- Drive existing Development pipeline to RTB status
- Evaluate financial viability of existing/new acquisition opportunities
- Manage and support sales activities of advanced project pipeline.
- Identify and evaluate potential PV project opportunities in the French market
- Coordinate project proposals, including concept designs, layouts, and energy production estimates
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals
- Manage project development activities including risks and resources, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timelines
- Conduct due diligence on project acquisitions and support contract negotiations
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the PV sector
- Support project financing activities and maintain relationships with financial institutions
Corporate duties:
- Manage the establishment of a local functional structure
- Prepare business plan for Greencells France, for discussion with HQ
- Regularly revise and update on Business plan
- Track P&L, Cash flow of GC FR
- Provide monthly Budget forecasting to HQ
Partnership engagement:
- Develop new partnerships and work relationship with existing & new partners
- Fit working scope to local cooperation partner functions
- Enable future local team to access HQ function knowledge and procedures
- Lead the cross functional team to reach and manage execution
